Rachel Cutter

Rachel Cutter is the Deputy Director of Prospect Research for World Food Program USA. Based in California, she is responsible for finding and researching new avenues of revenue and support to contribute towards our mission of fighting global hunger. Rachel supports the entire Development team across all fundraising channels, with primary emphasis on individual donors.
Over the past decade, Rachel held roles in donor care and relationship management, grant writing and management, and development operations. Previously, Rachel was the Business Development Associate at Living Goods, serving as the primary prospecting lead and contributing to grants and donor management. Her experience also includes roles at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the National Kidney Foundation, and work with individuals experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.
Rachel holds a B.A. in Global Studies and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
