Megan Goessling

Megan Goessling is a strategic leader in donor relations and development operations, most recently serving as the Senior Manager of Grants & Development Operations at Venture For America. There, she streamlined a complex grants portfolio and led the centralization of fundraising processes and operations across national and regional programs. Prior to that, Megan held development roles at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Saint Louis University, where she managed corporate partnerships and foundation relations, driving impactful fundraising initiatives.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys a variety of creative and relaxing hobbies – from ceramics and building furniture to yoga and book clubs. She holds bachelor’s degrees in public relations and Spanish from Southeast Missouri State University and earned her MBA from Saint Louis University.
