Lauren Jesch

As part of the Corporate Partnerships Team, Lauren Jesch leads the strategic development and execution of high-impact philanthropic and fundraising initiatives for a portfolio of U.S. private-sector partners. She designs and delivers integrated partnership strategies that blend grantmaking, in-kind support, employee engagement, thought leadership, and global advocacy, aligning corporate social responsibility goals with the mission of the World Food Programme.

Lauren’s career spans refugee resettlement, advocacy, human rights, and stakeholder engagement, including roles most recently with international advocacy organization, The ONE Campaign, and anti-trafficking nonprofit, Free the Slaves, alongside field research in India, Morocco, Nicaragua, and Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University.

Lauren resides in Alexandria, Virginia, where she enjoys testing new recipes for her loved ones, spending time outdoors, traveling often, and cheering on her Buckeyes from afar.
