Kathryn is part of the Operations vertical, where she supports and enhances WFPUSA’s Salesforce ecosystem. She focuses on improving workflows and data quality to ensure teams have reliable, actionable information.
Kathryn holds certifications as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, and Agentforce Specialist. Before joining WFPUSA, she most recently supported membership accountability initiatives at United Way Worldwide. She earned her BA from the University of Virginia.
A Northern Virginia native and self‑described data enthusiast, Kathryn enjoys solving complex challenges and uncovering insights that strengthen organizational decision‑making. Outside of work, she loves reading and experimenting with new analytics tools.
