Karen Metzger oversees WFP USA’s planned giving program and works with donors on bequests as well as outright gifts of special assets, including stock and IRAs. She settles estate gifts designated to WFP USA and oversees the planned giving direct mail program.
Karen has 30 years experience in planned giving, including gifts of special assets and has worked for UN nonprofits for the past 25 years. Karen holds a master’s degree in applied sociology.
Karen resides in the DC area and enjoys serving as a volunteer docent at the Smithsonian, working out, traveling and spending time with friends.
