As Chief Innovation, Technology and Quality Officer at General Mills, Jodi was responsible for the invention and commercialization of new food products and technologies which provide increasingly higher levels of well-being, ease and joy to meet consumers evolving food values. In addition, she led General Mill’s Quality and Food Safety areas as well as Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs for the $20 billion global food company.
Jodi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
She has served on the Häagen-Dazs Japan Board of Directors, the GMI Foundation, Cereal Partners Worldwide Board and today serves on the World Food Program USA Board.
Jodi and her husband Craig live in Minneapolis, Minnesota and have two children and three granddaughters.
