Jason Raby is a Senior Manager of Philanthropy for World Food Program USA. He is responsible for building strong partnerships with individual donors and expanding WFP USA’s network of supporters across the western U.S.
Prior to World Food Program USA, Jason served as the Director of Donor Advancement at Mercy Corps, managing a team that worked with the organization’s Mid-Level donors. Jason first took an interest in international aid work when he left his job as a tax accountant to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia. Jason holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a Master of International Affairs from UC San Diego.
In his spare time, Jason volunteers with Bigger Brothers Bigger Sisters and the Oregon Humane Society. He also enjoys both playing and watching baseball (Seattle Mariners) and soccer (Everton FC), traveling, spending time with good friends, and is attempting to write a novel. Jason is based in Washington State.
