India Kapenzi

As an innovative HR professional, India Kapenzi, Senior Manager of Human Resources, is responsible for managing all human resources services, processes and activities for WFP USA’s growing staff.  India has been the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Payroll at the National Association of College Admission Counselors, where she gave much attention to compensation policies, performance management, payroll and benefits administration. India was the Manager of Human Resources and Benefits at the Recording Industry Association of America, where she implemented a new payroll and timekeeping system, coordinated employee events and planned on-site training sessions.

India earned her BA in Business Administration from Columbia College and a Master’s in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of MD, University College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and also an active member of DC SHRM.
