Alicia Pittman is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she serves as the firm’s Global People Chair and a member of the firm’s Executive and Operating Committees. In this role, she oversees the full employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to talent development and alumni engagement. She leads BCG’s global GenAI upskilling initiative, driving adoption across both client-facing teams and business services. Alicia is also spearheading a multi-year transformation of BCG’s HR and People operating model, grounded in technology and data, to deliver a more scalable, impactful employee experience worldwide.
Alicia has spent two decades advising leading consumer goods companies on growth, productivity, and end-to-end transformation. She has led major efforts to reset cost structures, redesign supply chains, and build more agile operating models – delivering measurable gains in performance, savings, and employee engagement.
Alicia previously chaired BCG’s North America Consulting People Team and led Women@BCG across the region. Before joining BCG in 2006, she worked as an intelligence analyst, specializing in West Africa. She holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Chicago, where she earned dual master’s degrees in business and public policy.
