World Food Program USA’s Barron Segar Named to The NonProfit Times Power & Influence Top 50 for Fourth Year in a Row
WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 1, 2024) – World Food Program USA President and CEO Barron Segar has been recognized on The NonProfit Times Power & Influence Top 50 list for the fourth consecutive year. Now in its 27th year, this annual list highlights 50 of the most impressive initiators, innovators and leaders in the nonprofit sector. With his inclusion in this year’s list, Barron joins an impressive list of esteemed peers, including top executives from Habitat for Humanity International, Ford Foundation, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and American Cancer Society.
“Barron continues to raise the bar for executive nonprofit leadership, challenging the private sector and philanthropic community to meet the moment and bringing innovative solutions to one of the most profound social challenges of our time,” said Tony Fratto, Chairman of World Food Program USA’s Board of Directors. “He leads with integrity, optimism and excellence every day. I’m thrilled to see him recognized by the greater nonprofit community for the fourth year in a row.”
