Zero Hunger Generation: Cox’s Bazar

Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh is home to the world’s largest refugee camp – populated mostly by Rohingya refugees. One million refugees live there and the United Nations World Food Programme is providing lifesaving assistance to 95 percent of them.

The Rohingya are extremely vulnerable, and in the camps they face large-scale hazards, including fires and floods. Almost all 900,000 refugees remain entirely dependent on humanitarian assistance today.
