Alfred Archampong is the Director of Systems and Analytics at World Food Program USA, where he leads CRM strategy, enterprise systems development, and AI transformation initiatives. He oversees the ongoing evolution of WFP USA’s Salesforce platform, strengthens data governance, and advances data unification to support fundraising operations. Alfred partners across the organization to ensure technology and data capabilities are aligned with mission priorities and operational goals.

He brings extensive experience in systems architecture, integration, and data strategy, having led major initiatives including platform migrations, data modernization efforts, enterprise change management, and revenue analytics. Alfred’s background also includes information systems and analytics support within federal health research environments, and he has presented in the Salesforce community on effectively bridging technical and non-technical teams. He holds a BSc in Information Systems, professional certifications including CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), as well as multiple Salesforce certifications.

Alfred resides in the Washington, D.C. area and is active in ministry leadership, mentoring, and community service. He is passionate about supporting others in their personal and spiritual growth and about leveraging technology and data to advance mission-driven work.
