Astellas USA Foundation

Beginning in 2015, the Astellas Global Health Foundation (previously Astellas USA Foundation) supported 1,000 days of WFP First 1,000 Days program activities in El Salvador to help provide the nutrition and education mothers and young children need to thrive. In 2018, the Foundation also expanded their support to assist women affected by gender based violence in Colombia. The program is holistic and provides nutritional training and supplements for a healthy diet, legal counsel, and job training.
